SPSS
From Waisman Brain Imaging Wiki
SPSS is a Windows-based application for statistical data analysis. It is relatively easy to program in, accepts data input in many file formats, and has many built-in statistical functions. However, it is limited by the memory and speed of the PC, and can be very slow if the program isn't written exactly right (the program will still run, but may take hours to finish when it should take minutes or less). Many labbies use it, but some times there is no substitute for the heavy-lifting abilities of SAS, which can handle enormous data sets, and runs on the labs' most capable servers.
