EEGLAB
From Waisman Brain Imaging Wiki
EEGLAB is an application suite for processing continuous and event-related EEG, MEG and other electrophysiological data using independent component analysis (ICA), time/frequency analysis, and other methods including artifact rejection. It is written in MATLAB.
It was created by Arnaud Delorme (http://sccn.ucsd.edu/~arno/), Scott Makeig (http://sccn.ucsd.edu/%7Escott/), and many others at the Swartz Center for Computational Neuroscience (http://sccn.ucsd.edu/) at UCSD (http://www.ucsd.edu/).

Our Tips and Tweaks
4-9-07: The latest version of EEGLAB (6.00b) has been downloaded and set up at
Brogden and Keck. At the Matlab prompt, type:
setupEEGLAB6
setupEEGLAB6_Keck
depending on where you're running it.
The interface is essentially the same as previous versions. See http://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/ for details on the latest features. Hopefully, some of the problems we encountered with version 5 have been corrected.
