AIR
From Waisman Brain Imaging Wiki
AIR (Automated Image Registration) is a package for registering (aligning and/or deforming so that they tomographically or morphometrically match) brain images. It is produced by Dr. Roger P. Woods (http://bishopw.loni.ucla.edu/AIR5/rpw.html) at UCLA. It is regarded by many in the medical imaging community as the "industry standard".
