AFNI
From Waisman Brain Imaging Wiki
AFNI is a free suite of applications and plug-ins for displaying, processing and analysing FMRI data. It was developed by Bob Cox. It originally only ran on UNIX systems (and arguably still runs best there). Due to its flexible design, new functionality is constantly being added to it.
To learn more, visit the NIH AFNI homepage (http://afni.nimh.nih.gov/afni/).
Note that AFNI does run at both labs, but is usually more up-to-date at Keck than at Brogden. The examples in Tom's fMRI analysis tutorial are based on the AFNI setup at Keck.
